About the game

Become a combat FPV drone operator

Remote Reaper: FPV Drone is a combat FPV drone simulator developed in Ukraine. Players pilot strike FPV drones with mounted warheads and carry out missions to destroy enemy targets on realistic maps.
Every enemy vehicle features an
armor model with vulnerable zones.
Enemies will constantly attempt to shoot down or suppress your drone — and they have plenty of tools to do it: from small arms and anti-aircraft guns to EW systems and additional armor in the form of anti-cumulative screens. Ukrainians call this kind of armor "mangals."

Your objective is to locate targets, bypass countermeasures, and deliver precise strikes to eliminate enemy assets. Pilots can operate solo or as part of a team in
multiplayer!

Take on a
variety of combat missions: destroying enemy vehicles, locating and engaging high-priority targets from the air, countering infantry groups, taking out electronic warfare systems — all in conditions close to real combat.

The simulator supports
two control modes: realistic (via FPV controller or gamepad with 4 axes — Throttle, Roll, Pitch, Yaw) and simplified (keyboard + mouse with automatic altitude hold).

Detailed quadcopter physics model

From realistic motor thrust to aerodynamics, battery, and radio link — every aspect of piloting is physically grounded.

Flight You Can Feel

The drone in Remote Reaper behaves just like in real life. Yank the stick sharply - you'll feel turbulence from your own propellers. Drop close to the ground - the air cushion will catch you. Every maneuver carries weight and inertia. The simulator features detailed implementation of effects such as PropWash, Ground Effect, and gyroscopic precession - exactly what separates real flight from a "flying camera."

Wind & Airflow

The air is never static.
Remote Reaper's environment simulation accounts for airflow dynamics and their effect on every drone.
Wind can push a light drone off course, and a sudden gust can spin it around on the final approach to a target. Local rotor wash from helicopters can throw your drone off and seriously complicate target engagement.

Simulating Limitations

The battery drains during flight - and you'll feel it.
Thrust gradually decreases and maneuvers become sluggish. Aggressive flying burns through the charge even faster.
A long flight at constant full throttle can overheat the battery, and the drone will lose power at the worst possible moment. Every sortie is a race against time.

A Signal That May Not Last

The radio link between the controller and the drone is not an abstract 0–100% bar.It is a physical model that accounts for distance, obstacles in the signal path, reflections, and the surrounding environment. Fly too far — latency appears. Duck behind a building — video signal is lost. The detailed radio environment simulation creates conditions as close to real as possible. The video channel and control channel operate independently, each with its own frequencies and antennas. Signal propagation calculations account for every detail. The simulator models various video transmitter frequencies, including civilian 1.3, 5.8, and 2.4 GHz bands, along with their distinct propagation characteristics.

Enemy EW is a challenge of its own.
On the battlefield, the enemy deploys EW systems of varying power and directionality. Their coverage zones overlap, and the closer you get to a source, the less chance you have of maintaining the link.
Every pilot can customize their OSD to suit their needs, adding interference levels or ground distance to the display.

Features

Content & Modes

Training

"First Flight" mode is a step-by-step tutorial to help you master piloting skills. A free-flight training range for open practice.

Multiplayer

Fly alongside other pilots, coordinate attacks, and work together as a full crew. Both control modes are supported simultaneously.

Weather & Environment

Combat conditions change and you must adapt. Wind gusts throw the drone off course, fog limits visibility, and rain adds interference to the camera feed. Time of day shifts dynamically — from dawn to night sorties. (Full integration coming in update 0.9.0)

Mission Editor

Create your own scenarios for training and practice, define mission conditions, add targets, and publish to the Steam Workshop.

OSD Customization

The information on your drone's screen is under your control. Choose what to display: signal level, battery voltage, altitude, speed, distance to controller, EW interference level. Configure the OSD to match your piloting style.

Flexible Settings

Adjust drone weight, air resistance, wind strength, enemy durability, and EW intensity to suit your needs. Create your own conditions and shape the environment.

Vehicle Armor

Enemy vehicles may be equipped with improvised anti-cumulative screens — an extra challenge for pilots looking to land a precise hit.

Radio & EW

A realistic radio link model: signal weakens with distance, degrades behind obstacles, and drops out in jamming zones. Enemy jammers vary in power and directionality — plan your route or destroy EW antennas before the attack.

Made in Ukraine

Built with input from Ukrainian combat experience alongside active FPV pilots. From Ukrainians — for players and for operator training across the free world!

All Popular Controllers Supported

Full support for FPV controllers, gamepads (XInput / DInput), and keyboard & mouse.
